By accessing, registering an account on, or using any service provided by sbowin (the "Platform"), you ("User", "You", "Your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") in their entirety. sbowin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on sbowin and to place any wagers. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. sbowin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.
You must be a resident of Indonesia to register and use the sbowin Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and at the time of placing any wagers. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographical restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
To use the Platform's betting and gaming services, you must create a registered Account. During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree that all information you provide during registration and at all times thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete.
You may only register one (1) Account on the sbowin Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or under false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. sbowin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC - Know Your Customer) at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport) and proof of address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to notify sbowin immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. sbowin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
sbowin accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank BCA, Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. sbowin does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are your responsibility.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. sbowin reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the deposit source, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the reversal of the deposit and potential account suspension.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, provided that you have met all applicable wagering requirements and verification (KYC) obligations. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by sbowin support. sbowin processes over 95% of withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours (08:00 to 22:00 WIB), and within ten (10) minutes overnight.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier: Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction; Gold VIP members up to Rp 100.000.000; Black Diamond VIP members may request higher limits by contacting their personal account manager. sbowin reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
sbowin is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering checks. You agree that sbowin may share information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if suspicious activity is detected. Funds deposited into your Account must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits and immediate withdrawals without placing any wagers are prohibited and will be investigated as potential money laundering activity.
sbowin may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to Users. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are provided at the time the Bonus is offered and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 20x the Bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements before attempting a withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from the Bonus. Only real-money wagers count toward wagering requirements; bonus funds used as stakes do not contribute to rollover calculations unless explicitly stated.
sbowin strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, exploiting software errors or game malfunctions, engaging in arbitrage betting, hedging, or using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without risk. sbowin reserves the right to void Bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts if Bonus abuse is detected.
All bets placed on sbowin are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming your wager. sbowin will not cancel or amend bets except in cases of obvious technical error or as required by sbowin's internal betting rules. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, subject to specific sport rules available in the Platform's Rules section.
sbowin reserves the right to refuse any wager, limit stake amounts, or close Accounts of Users who are found to be engaging in advantage play, syndicate betting, or any activity that sbowin determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play. Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per sport, as detailed in the Platform's betting limits documentation.
sbowin offers live in-play betting on selected sporting events. Odds for live betting are updated in real time, and there may be a delay of several seconds between the occurrence of an event and the update of odds on the Platform. You accept this delay and acknowledge that odds may change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is confirmed. sbowin reserves the right to reject live bets if the outcome is already known or if a significant event (such as a goal or red card) has occurred but not yet been reflected in the odds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

You acknowledge that technical issues may occasionally occur and agree that sbowin's liability in such cases is limited to the return of your original stake.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, sbowin and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if sbowin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
sbowin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sbowin is not responsible for any losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: failures of internet connectivity, power outages, government actions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, strikes, or failures of third-party service providers.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sbowin is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
If you have a complaint or dispute with sbowin, you must first contact sbowin customer support at [email protected] and allow sbowin a reasonable opportunity (at least 14 business days) to investigate and resolve the issue. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith communication with our support team. If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to sbowin's management team.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting sbowin support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification and wagering requirements. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened; you would need to register a new Account if you wish to use the Platform again in the future (subject to applicable self-exclusion periods).
sbowin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, sbowin may withhold any remaining Account balance pending investigation and may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.
